Apple Pie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix sugar, coconut milk, and cinnamon and stir to combine.
- Add sliced apples and stir gently until all apples are coated.
- Pour mixture into a 9X13 baking dish.
Topping
- NOTE: You may want to double the topping depending on how much you love it!
- In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
- Add 3 Tbsp of coconut oil and cut it into the flour mixture until crumbly.
- Add more coconut oil if needed (to make a crumbly but not wet mixture).
- Sprinkle over the apple pie mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes.

This is a delicious treat and the topping adds a sweet crunch. You can cut down on the sugar to reduce calories and it's still just as delicious! We've even baked the apples without topping and served this as a side dish. Make it your way!
