Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries

A healthy treat for kids (and adults!)

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 medium sized sweet potatoes peeled, cut into fries (or thin rounds!)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes to coat lightly and place on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper
  2. Bake potatoes in oven at 375 degrees until tender (about 15-20 minutes)
  3. While potatoes are baking, mix all other ingredients in a small bowl
  4. When potatoes are done, sprinkle mixture over them and toss gently - enjoy!
