Method
- Preheat the oven to 475℉.
- Arrange the bagel halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Divide the marinara between the bagel halves and spread evenly. Top each of the marinara bagels with mozzarella and slices of pepperoni.
- Bake the pizza bagels until the cheese is melted - about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the pepperoni pizzas with a little parmesan cheese.
Notes
You can also make these without the pepperoni, or use deli ham, chicken, or turkey as a protein instead.
