Fruit Dip

The perfect dip for any seasonal fruit and kids love it! Keeps well in fridge for about 3 days. Stir before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon lime, or orange zest
  • seasonal fruit use whatever is available

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Spoon into airtight container and chill in refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Serve dip with fruit skewers for fun dipping or put a dollop on a bowl of fresh fruit.

Notes

Use wooden skewers for strawberries, watermelon, canteloupe, pineapple, grapes, blueberries, or whatever fruit is in season. Then dip and eat! You can also put a dollop on a bowl of fresh fruit for a special treat.
